Adele Rejects £1million To Perform At A Party

She had recently said that she is not among the ladies who sing for the eyes; she sings for the ears... But her latest action is making many wonder yet again if Adele is now living the words of fellow British singer Sam Smith, who sang: “I don’t have money on my mind. I do it for the love.”

The 27-year old singer is a fully-fledged star and with fame came money.

But the Hello singer is however not money oriented, as she revealed in an interview with UK’s The Guardian that she’d said no to a lot of offers over the years. In her words:
“What have I said no to? Everything you can imagine. Literally every-f*cking-thing. Books, clothes, food ranges, drink ranges, fitness ranges…That’s probably the funniest,” Adele told the newspaper.
“They wanted me to be the face of a car. Toys. Apps. Candles. It’s like, I don’t want to endorse a line of nail varnishes, but thanks for asking. A million pounds to sing at your birthday party? I’d rather do it for free if I’m doing it, cheers…”
